RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

· Product is damaged

· Product is defective

· Wrong item delivered

Products must be:

· Unused

· Sealed (for perfumes & gifts)

· In original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

· Opened perfumes

· Used cosmetic items

· Personalized gift hampers

3. Refund Process

Once approved:

· Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

· Refund will be issued via original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Anooca.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
